All  bedding and towels, unopened and unused items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Returns:

• To create a return, please email orders@rafaelinteriors.com with order details.
• All returns must be returned with a return authorization form.

Exchanges:

• Color wasn't for you or your room? NO problem!
• We are happy to process an exchange, please email orders@rafaelinteriors.com with order details.

• If by chance your item arrives damaged please make sure to sign the delivery receipt with damage. Please contact us immediately so we can make the proper arrangements.

 

The following items are not Returnable:

All Furniture are items are final sale and are not returnable 

All fabrics and wallpaper have a 50% restocking fee and cannot be opened or unrolled

All Pillows, Comforters, Mattress pads,and Featherbeds (Down or Down Alternative) are final sale and not returnable.
